You are entitled to delivery service when you purchase at ZIII.

1. You may enjoy free delivery service once when you purchase for an amount of HK$3,000 or above.
2. When you purchase for an amount of less than HK$3,000, you are entitled to delivery service at a charge of HK$40.
3. Delivery service is only available on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung and Ma Wan of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
4. Delivery service is not available at Frontier Closed Areas, Islands, Disneyland, warehouse, for shipment, public areas (e.g. stations, streets, staircases, etc.).
5. Delivery date will be within 2-14 working days. Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday, but not available on Sundays and public holidays.
6. If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, ZIII shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of ZIII or not.
7. You shall give not less than 48 hours' notice (Sunday and public holiday excluded) to ZIII in respect of any request for change in delivery of additional purchase, or change of purchased item.
8. Once the product(s) have been sent, ZIII will send an e-mail with tracking number of the product(s) to the customer.
9. Customers should sign and return the received note to ZIII within 3 days after receiving the products.
10. In case of any dispute, ZIII's determination shall be final.
