5. Alliance Protection
5.1 Stock Protection
5.1.1 ZIII headquarter institutes workable standard of inventory and stock-changing system in accordance with alliance's operation scale and sale volume.
5.1.2 In order to fulfill various markets' need, ZIII headquarter adjusts the proportions of quantities and prices of different product, so that the sale of both the market of the populace and the minority can be regulated.
5.2 Business Zone Protection
5.2.1 Current Divisions
ZIII headquarter delimits Hong Kong and other cities in China into certain divisions for the convenience of governing reasonably the distribution and operation of alliance business zone.
Hong Kong Business Zones: Central, Causeway Bay, WanChai, TsimShaTsui, Happy Valley, FoTan, the Hong Kong International Airport etc.
China Business Zones: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen etc.
Other Business Zones: certain areas in respectively Taiwan, South-Eastern Asia, Europe, USA etc.

6. Alliance Classification
1. General Operation: Alliance share the authority of sale and agency of a given business zone.
2. Exclusive Operation: Alliance has the exclusive authority of sale of a given business zone.
3. Agency Operation: Alliance has the authority of agency of a given business zone.
7. Alliance Formalities
7.1 Procedure
Anyone or any company may apply for a ZIII exclusive store once it recognises ZIII's brand approach and business operation, possess sufficient amount of starting fund and labour. After signing the agreement and confirming the store location, the applicant may join the alliance should the store location be regarded as satisfactory by the inspectors from ZIII headquarter.
7.2 Agreement Signing
The applicant fills in and hands in the ¡¥Alliance Intention Form' that can be downloaded from the web, or get from ZIII headquarter. After going through all details, both parties sign the ¡¥Alliance Chain Agreement' or ¡¥Alliance Agency Agreement,' defining both parties' duties and obligation. The applicant is thus a member of the ZIII Alliance.
7.3 Interior Design
After the applicant notices ZIII of the store siting, ZIII headquarter supplies the interior design plan. Once the agreement is signed, the whole process of store siting, decoration, and business opening are to be completed within a certain period. ZIII has its standard concerning the siting, size, and decoration charge of the exclusive store, as well as the first purchase value of the exclusive store etc. For details, please refer to the conditions stated in the ¡¥Alliance Chain Agreement'.
7.4 Business Operation
A lower limit of quantity ordered is imposed only on the first order. ZIII may deliver upon clients' request or headquarter's instructions. Generally ZIII sets no upper limit of stock orders.
7.5 Alliance Charge
ZIII collects refundable commission or alliance fee, deciding purchase discount for Alliance, and offering them Seasonal Preferential Price in accordance with their respective seasonal purchase value.
8. Relative Preferential Clauses
8.1 ZIII headquarter grants the priority of agency based on alliance's business accomplishment and actual development should the alliance be capable of bringing up effective Market Expansion Proposals.
8.2 With a view to showing its support, ZIII headquarter issues the Expansion Preference specially for alliance who are bold in trying and advancing mighty.
